The stick-and-string rack; dries under open daytime sky instead of heat.
Obtaining
Usage
The sun-drying stand
Fillets to himono, katsuo to katsuobushi, nori to sheets — everything dried happens on this rack. Set it under open sky and dry on clear days. Restock the input to dry items one at a time.
Input, work in progress and output
Restock the input slots on the left. A valid batch moves into the bright working slots in the middle, then finishes in the output slots on the right. Restocking or replacing input does not change that batch. Working items can be recovered, but cannot be inserted directly. Removing part of a batch cancels it; recover the remainder before starting another.
Behavior
Visible processing
Food on the net shifts gently only while sun-drying progresses. It stays visible and still at night or under a roof.
Reading the rack from outside
You can see what is on the net without opening the rack: fish show as fish, and everything else shows as flat squares of drying goods.
Reading the sun
Roofs, night and rain all pause the drying. The sun icon in the GUI lights up while the rack is working.
