A lotus on the paddy grammar. Plant the root itself (carrot-style); it grows floating leaves, then standing leaves, some crowned with a white flower. Mature plants drop lotus roots and lotus seeds, both plantable. Wild lotus grows in swamp shallows.
Generation
- Wild in shallows: swamp、mangrove swamp
Usage
The renkon paddy
The harvest is the seed: lotus roots go straight back into the paddy. Slice the eating share on the cutting board and set the planting share aside.
Behavior
Flower and seed
Only some full-grown plants crown with the white flower; flowering or not, they harvest the same. Lotus seeds plant just as well as roots.
