Usage
Dividing a room
Set it in a two-wide doorway. The side you click becomes the near bay and the pair grows into the space beside it; without room for all four blocks it will not place.

Behavior
Two leaves passing
The two leaves ride separate rails, so only ever one bay opens. The leaf you touch slides over its neighbour, leaving two panels in that bay — and since the open bay is thin air, you close the door by touching the stacked side. Even shut, the two sit a little apart in depth. Set two pairs side by side and the second hangs the other way round, so the leaves that meet share a rail.
Redstone
A signal slides it open and losing the signal shuts it — always the side you moved last, so a wired door keeps to one bay. Open the other by hand and the wiring follows suit. Any of the four blocks can pick the signal up.
