Usage

Edible whole, but only a light meal. Lay it on the cutting board and break it down with a knife — the kitchen starts at the fillet.
Landing one
Strike it down and the whole fish is yours. The great schools make iwashi the shortcut to a rack full of himono; a water bucket carries one home alive.
