Okinawa's climbing crop for farmland. The plant itself stays a single block and bears fruit you pick by right-click, again and again. Give it a cultivation net, trellis or stake nearby and its vines slowly creep across.

Usage
Summer stamina
Edible as-is, though modestly filling. Craft it into seeds to grow the patch, or stock it as an ingredient.
Growing it
For your first plant, hunting wild goya in the jungle is the quickest road. Sow the seeds on farmland and wait for maturity. The plant fruits happily on its own — but a wall of nets turns it into a green curtain, an overhead trellis into a pergola with dangling fruit, and a stake into a single upright pole of vine.
Harvest
Right-click the deep-green fruit to pick it. The plant and vines stay, bearing again over time. A dispenser loaded with shears picks them too.

Behavior
How far vines reach
Vines only advance across supports connected back to the plant, and give out beyond their reach. Cut a vine off from its plant and it withers, leaving the bare support behind.
Where the fruit grows
With open air below, fruit dangles under the vine; on a wall net or the plant itself, it sets on the vine directly. Fruit sets on the vines near the plant and only here and there farther out — the rest stay green foliage. Which vines bear is settled by where they grow, so the same ones fruit again after you pick them.
