A rice bowl of eggplant, kabocha and shishito tempura under a sweet-salty kaeshi glaze.
Obtaining
Usage
It wants three tempura ready first
Fry eggplant, kabocha and shishito tempura first, then assemble at the crafting table. Each of the three is edible on its own, so nothing is lost if you eat one before the set is complete. The kaeshi and the cooked rice are the same parts the other rice bowls use.

In the real world
Tendon lays freshly fried tempura over a bowl of rice and pours a sweet-salty sauce of soy, sugar and mirin over it. Prawn is the best-known topping, but bowls built only from vegetables are served as yasai tendon, using eggplant, kabocha, sweet potato, shishito, lotus root or mushrooms.
Differences in game
The simmered tendon sauce is carried by kaeshi, which stands for the same soy-sugar-mirin type. The toppings are fixed to eggplant, kabocha and shishito, and the grated daikon and ginger served alongside are not represented.
