Usage

Sushi for the road

Nothing raw goes in, so unlike nigiri it travels. Simmer the fried tofu ahead and it takes only sushi rice to make more.

In the real world

Inari zushi simmers pouched fried tofu in dashi, sugar, soy sauce and mirin, then packs it with sushi rice.

Differences in game

The oil-rinsing step is omitted and the simmering seasonings are carried as kaeshi. Opening the pouch folds into the cut fried tofu.
